This role is vital in ensuring seamless event experiences for clients and guests alike. As a key member of our team, you will manage all aspects of venue operations, coordinate with vendors and clients, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create memorable events that exceed expectations while maintaining efficient venue management. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a peaceful, private retreat experience for all guests.
  • Maintain elegant, clean, and well-presented accommodations for stays and events.
  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally from initial inquiry through checkout.
  • Oversee cleanliness, stocking, and upkeep of all facilities, coordinating housekeeping as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, couples, and vendors leading up to and during events.
  • Coordinate event setup and breakdown to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain inventory and condition of furniture, décor, and equipment.
  • Address guest concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, venue policies, and capacity limits. Operations & Event Execution
  • Communicate with clients during event planning to share venue diagrams and list of vendors.
  • Coordinate and process deposits, and pre-payments on schedule.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event walkthroughs and inspections.
  • Manage turnover processes including cleaning, staging, and restocking.
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues such as weather complications or property concerns. Sales & Client Experience
  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct venue tours with the goal of converting bookings.
  • Track leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Assist with contracts, deposits, and booking coordination. Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
  • Coordinate communication with planners for deliveries and pickups
  • Ensure vendors are approved and comply with venue policies and timelines. Performance Expectations
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and positive review ratings.
  • Meet response time standards for guest and client communication.
  • Maintain consistent cleanliness and property readiness standards. Safety & Risk Management
  • Act as the on-site point person for emergencies.
  • Enforce alcohol, noise, and property use policies.
  • Document and report incidents when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or property management preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak season schedules.
  • Reliable transportation. Tools & Systems
  • Reservation Software and Booking platforms (ResNexus, Airbnb, VRBO, or similar).
  • CRM and communication tools (email, phone, messaging platforms).
  • Scheduling and task management systems.
Position Details Location:
Hybrid/Remote; must be onsite for tours, check-ins, check-outs, and events.
Schedule:
4 days/week (32 hours) November-May; 5 days/week (40 hours) June-November.
Compensation:
$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
