Wedding Coordinator Intern

Pannuto Events is seeking a highly organized, motivated Wedding Planning Intern to assist with the coordination and execution of weddings and events. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes logistics of event planning while supporting a growing wedding planning company. This position is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a career in the wedding or event industry who enjoys organization, creativity, and working in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Assist with wedding and event preparation Support event setup and breakdown on wedding days Help organize decor, rentals, and event materials Organize planning documents, timelines, and client materials Support the planning team with administrative tasks Attend venue walkthroughs or planning meetings when needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments Detail oriented and proactive Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events Reliable transportation to venues in the Northern Virginia / DC area Interest in weddings, events, hospitality, or design What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in wedding and event planning Exposure to vendor coordination and event logistics Mentorship from an experienced wedding planner Real-world experience in the events industry Schedule Flexible weekday hours for planning tasks Weekend availability required during wedding season Compensation This is a paid internship with a starting rate of $18 per hour.
