If you think you would enjoy making weddings and other events special—and love the idea of working at a scenic riverfront venue on 135 acres just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga—this could be a great fit. This is a hands-on position that combines event coordination, guest services, and administrative support during events.

Typical responsibilities include:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, planners, and vendors during events Support vendors Assist with guest experience and venue logistics Respond to electronic communications Answer phone calls Wipe down tables, chairs and benches if needed during events Stock supplies Assist with moving tables and chairs Report any damages or needs for maintenance Do laundry and press linens during down time We'd love someone who: Has hospitality experience (a plus, but not required) Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work Manages time well

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible hours based on bookings and events. The availability to work weekends, including mornings and evenings, is essential for this position. Some weekday events occur as well, but less frequently. Competitive pay based on experience Because of the guest-facing nature of the role, we're primarily looking for someone with strong customer service instincts who can take ownership of situations and communicate clearly with clients and vendors.
