The Enrollment Office Coordinator is a central member of the Admissions team, responsible for driving the planning and execution of recruitment yield events that shape the prospective student experience. Serving as the operational engine behind major visit programs, campus events, and office-wide logistics, this role provides more than 50% of its focus on event management across Undergraduate, Graduate, and International Admissions. Through exceptional coordination, organization, and cross-campus collaboration, the Enrollment Office Coordinator ensures the Admissions Office delivers high-impact, student-centered experiences that support CBU's enrollment goals. Position Summary The Enrollment Office Coordinator oversees essential administrative, event, and communication functions within Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions. This role manages comprehensive event logistics, supports cross-departmental collaboration, maintains efficient operations, and facilitates timely and accurate communications to prospective students, families, and campus partners. The Enrollment Office Coordinator ensures that recruitment events, daily office operations, and public-facing communications reflect a consistent standard of excellence, hospitality, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination, Management & Execution (Priority Area Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all recruitment and yield events across Undergraduate, Graduate, and International Admissions, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment. Oversee comprehensive events logistics, including space reservations, scheduling, staffing, catering, travel, vendor coordination, and hospitality needs. Serve as the central coordinator for multi-unit admissions events, ensuring seamless collaboration between Undergraduate, Graduate, and International teams. Manage event communication workflows, ensuring timely invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups tailored to each audience segment. Support signature high-impact recruitment activities such as campus visit days, open houses, admitted student events, graduate program showcases, and international student engagements. Implement event evaluations methods to capture feedback and guile improvements across all three admission areas. Operational Communications & Coordination Manage departmental communication flow related to events, scheduling, visitor coordination, and general inquiries. Oversee the Admissions inbox, providing timely responses to routing messages to appropriate team members. Coordinate outbound event-related communications (confirmations, reminders, instructions), using established templates and content created by Marketing/Admissions leadership. Collaborate with the Marketing department to schedule or share social media content related to events and visit programming. Maintain communication calendars and ensure Admissions teams are aligned on event dates, deadlines, schedules, and logistics. Operations & Administrative Support Manage and process purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking, and expense documentation for the Enrollment department. Maintain departmental records and documentation to support compliance, reporting, and efficient internal operations. Coordinate internal scheduling, meeting preparation, and cross-team communication between Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and point-of-sale items, including ordering, organization, and distribution. Maintain an organized, inviting, and professional environment, including oversight of space upkeep and maintenance requests. Cross-Departmental & Recruitment Support Support admission counselors in planning travel schedules, college fairs, school visits, and community partner engagements. Assist with yield initiatives and strategic recruitment campaigns throughout the full enrollment cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. Serve as a collaborative partner with multiple departments to ensure alignment and support for the prospective student and family experience. Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Undergraduate Admissions or senior leadership team.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, operations, customer service, or admissions-related services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems, especially Slate and/or event management software preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Availability for evening and weekend work to support recruitment and event needs.FLSA Classification:
