Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Lead Manager/Event Relations to spearhead the execution of exceptional events as well as manage the day to day tasks of the photo studio. In this role you will lead a team to deliver memorable experiences, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless event operations. Your expertise in event marketing, hospitality, and client relations will drive successful events that align with our strategic goals, all while maintaining a vibrant and positive atmosphere. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about creating impactful events that leave lasting impressions. Responsibilities welcome and interact with guests give tours to potential clients create studio schedules cleaning/general studio+ furniture upkeep coordinate setup for events and assist with fine details inventory supplies assist with set installations point of contact for events collect footage for social media answering the phone emails/invoicing Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally during all stages of the event process. Implement effective time management practices to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor event success through feedback collection and data analysis to continuously improve future initiatives. Required Skill Set Experience in the wedding industry or hospitality roles Demonstrated ability in event marketing strategies including promotion, social media outreach, and upselling techniques. strong organizational skills eye for detail extroverted, type A personality, someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people ability to multitask punctual lives within 15-20 minutes of the venue has social media experience and is comfortable being on camera Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate complex logistics efficiently.
