We're hiring event staff and access management staff to work events like graduations, concerts, baseball, basketball, football, and more. Our clients include The Ford Center, Toyota Stadium, CUTX Arena, Comerica Arena, SMU, Eisemann Center, and more. You'll have the opportunity to work Event Staff Shifts. The two most important things about these jobs are customer service and being observant. Other important traits you'll need are good communication skills, and the ability to be enforce policies, nicely. We provide you with some training so you'll know what to do. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at events. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the event. Maintain a clean and organized environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Exceptional customer-service skills. The primary responsibilities are maintaining a safe and friendly environment in accordance with stadium policies. You're helping guests get into the arena and find what they need, be it their seat or the nearest bathroom or concession stand, and you need to do it with a smile!
• Reliable transportation so you can make your scheduled shifts.
• The ability to stand for a few hours at a time, and some walking around and/or stair-climbing might also be required.
• Pass our background check.

We mostly look at the last 10 years for felonies and the last five years for Class A and B misdemeanors. Some offenses we can forgive, but anything involving violence or theft will typically not pass.
