This role assists sales teams and event customers with understanding available technology offerings, reviewing event scope, preparing proposals and support materials, coordinating event readiness with internal IT teams and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation across required systems. This position serves as a key coordination point between Sales, Event Management, IT, vendors, and customers to help deliver technology solutions for meetings, conventions, and special events. Responsibilities include supporting pre-conference calls, maintaining accurate group technology records, coordinating digital signage requests, tracking project and event details, assisting with issue follow-up, and helping ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after events. Responsibilities Assist sales teams, event managers, and customers with understanding technology offerings available for group events, including internet, digital signage, networking, and related event technology services. Review group event scope and help align customer needs with appropriate technology solutions, specifications, and support requirements. Prepare, update, and maintain group technology proposals, scope documents, technology specifications, and client-facing support materials. Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and operational partners such as Encore, Boomer, and Exhibit Hall support teams to ensure event technology readiness and execution alignment. Schedule, attend, and support pre-conference calls and scope review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, timelines, and expectations. Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in systems such as CI/TY, Asana, shared documentation repositories, and other required tracking tools. Support digital signage deployment for group events, including content coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication with appropriate support teams. Track group technology requests, open items, project tasks, and follow-up actions to help ensure timely completion and clear communication. Assist with post-event feedback collection, service recovery documentation, and issue resolution follow-up to support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the IT Admin Assistant, Technology Solutions Manager, IT leadership, and other property teams to support scheduling, project coordination, and shared workload management. Maintain organized records, support documentation standards, and help identify process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and communicate professionally with guests, customers, vendors, and associates. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
Less than one year of related work experience preferred. Experience in hospitality, sales coordination, event coordination, customer service, administrative support, technology support, or data entry is helpful.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification:
