We are seeking a Program & Events Coordinator who will take the lead in building relationships, securing bookings, and coordinating programs that drive park traffic and revenue. This is a highly client-facing and sales-focused role that requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Role and Responsibilities Client Outreach & Sales Conduct outbound calls and outreach to schools, daycares, and community organizations to generate field trip and group bookings Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into scheduled visits and events Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings Track leads, follow-ups, and booking activity Program & Event Coordination Coordinate all field trip logistics, scheduling, and communication with group leaders Plan and execute events, camps, and programs that increase attendance and engagement Communicate directly with clients to ensure expectations are met before, during, and after events Event & Vendor Management Source and coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and partners Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Ensure all events run smoothly and align with park standards Operations Support Assist with daily operational needs and team coordination Support staff during events and high-volume times Maintain organization across schedules, contracts, and program details Qualifications This role requires constant interaction with clients, staff, and families. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in both communication and sales. Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound sales and follow-up Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple clients, schedules, and priorities at once Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly Ability to take ownership of bookings, programs, and event execution Experience Experience in sales, client relations, event coordination, or hospitality preferred Experience with phone outreach, booking coordination, or lead management is a strong plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Education Requirements High school diploma required Additional education in business, communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus Additional Information While our environment serves children and families, this role is heavily focused on client communication, sales outreach, and program coordination .
