Event Service Staff (Wedding Venue)

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Event Service Staff to support weddings and special events at our venue. This role is essential to creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients and their guests. Team members will assist with event setup and breakdown, maintain cleanliness throughout the event, and provide general support wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, décor, and equipment Safely lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) Drive golf carts to transport items, staff, and guests as needed across the property Maintain cleanliness of venue spaces before, during, and after events Monitor and restock restrooms and common areas throughout events Assist with food and beverage service as needed Provide excellent customer service to guests, vendors, and clients Follow all safety procedures and venue guidelines Perform additional tasks as assigned by event managers

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old Valid driver's license (required for golf cart operation) Ability to lift and carry heavy items and be on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Positive attitude and team-player mindset Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (based on event schedule) Previous event, hospitality, or service experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

Primarily outdoor setting with exposure to varying weather conditions Fast-paced, physically active role Shifts may vary in length depending on event needs
