Job Description

Events Coordinator | Full-Time | On-Site (Provo, UT) About Atonom At Atonom.ai, we are defining the Autonomous Era by building the world's first true "Cloud Employees" — intelligent AI agents capable of executing complex work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and HR. We believe growth should be limited only by ambition, not headcount. Join us as we build the infrastructure for the next generation of work. Role This is not a traditional events role. We are looking for someone who thrives in-person, takes ownership of the room, and sees every event as a direct reflection of who Atonom is. You will be the first face people see when they walk through the door, and the reason they leave impressed.
What You'll Do Event Execution:
Own the on-site experience, including setup, logistics, registration, breakdown, and everything in between.
Guest Experience:
Welcome attendees, answer questions, and represent Atonom with warmth and professionalism.
Logistics Coordination:
Work with vendors, venues, and internal teams to make sure events run on time and on budget.
Brand Presence:
Ensure event spaces reflect Atonom's visual identity and standards at every touchpoint.
Process Improvement:
Document what works, flag what doesn't, and help build repeatable event playbooks as we scale.
Cross-Functional Support:
Coordinate with Marketing and Leadership on event goals, messaging, and follow-through. Who You Are A people person: You are genuinely energized by meeting new people and making them feel at home. You are warm, professional, and memorable.
Passionate about technology:
You follow what's happening in AI and tech. You don't need to build it, but you should love being around it.
Organized and dependable:
Details don't slip through the cracks with you. You check things twice, ask the right questions, and follow through.
Proactive:
You notice what needs to happen before someone asks. You set up early, you think ahead, and you solve problems quietly before they become visible.
Relevant experience:
0 to 2 years in events, hospitality, customer experience, or a related field. Internships and part-time experience count. Your First 90 Days Month 1: Learn Atonom's brand, culture, and upcoming events calendar. Shadow existing processes and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. Month 2: Take ownership of event setup and on-site coordination. Begin building vendor and venue relationships. Month 3: Run your first event with increasing independence. Deliver a documented playbook for at least one repeatable event type.
