The role is primarily phone-based, assisting customers as they purchase tickets online, while also responding to emails and text messages during office hours. Additional shifts take place during evening events, providing in-person customer service and ticket sales at event venues.

Note:

This is a part-time position (17.5) hours per week. BYU Typical Starting Pay:

$14 per hour The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors.
