• 18/hr We're hiring a reliable, hands-on Event Coordinator to support vendor check-in, setup, and event breakdown/cleanup at our festivals.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor check-in & placement

• greet vendors, manage arrivals, and direct them to assigned spaces Support event setup
• assist with vendor placement and ensure areas are ready before opening Provide on-site support to vendors, staff, and volunteers throughout the event Monitor vendor areas and communicate any issues to the Event Manager Assist with breakdown & cleanup
• ensure vendors pack out properly and leave spaces clean

What We're Looking For:

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction Event or festival experience preferred Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable transportation (DMV travel required) Weekend availability required (Saturday, Sunday, or both) Shifts may be morning (setup/check-in) or evening (breakdown/cleanup), based on event needs
