This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in event planning , event management , or hospitality coordination within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with our events and marketing teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees, sponsors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, promotional, and special events. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and vendor communication. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event participants, providing timely support and information. Organize and maintain event materials, supplies, and inventory to ensure all resources are prepared in advance. Support administrative event operations by creating timelines, preparing event documentation, and updating databases. Provide on-site event support, including attendee registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting during events. Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote events across digital and traditional marketing channels. Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance attendee engagement and overall event success. Qualifications amp; Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for scheduled events. Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
