Responsibilities:

Designed to meet the interests and needs of our client-partners; Delivered in a timely, on-budget fashion with freshness and appeal; Communicate to participants that they are valued; Consistently leverage and inform stakeholders, including partnership with other Chief of Staff communication and design teams Provides logistical support for complex, top-of-house campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-impact delivery Openly and actively contribute as a member of the Chief of Staff team Use deep focus, exceptional judgment, and the ability to pay painstaking attention to detail and deliver against aggressive timelines Be highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented - willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective role Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization capabilities

Requirements:
