Job Description

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage high-impact business events and professional conferences. This role supports mid-size to large-scale corporate programs, including executive meetings, leadership summits, annual conferences, client events, and multi-day conventions, ensuring each experience reflects our brand standards and strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, budget oversight, and on-site execution. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, senior leadership, and external partners to develop event timelines, marketing and registration materials, and post-event reporting. You will also ensure seamless logistics, compliance with corporate policies, and consistent delivery of high-quality attendee experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset. You should have at least three years of experience coordinating corporate meetings or professional events, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems. Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and supporting executive-level stakeholders is highly valued. A professional, proactive attitude and willingness to travel several times per year are essential.
