Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and successful event execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate events, and provide exceptional support to our team and clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and event planning skills in a vibrant environment. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate and assist with planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure clarity and precision Oversee office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring excellent customer service Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer Relationship Management system and basic computer literacy Experience with office management systems is a plus Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading and document preparation Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently Personal assistant experience or previous roles involving calendar management and administrative support Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values proactive problem-solving, exceptional service delivery, and seamless event coordination. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
