POSITION SUMMARY
The Departmental Services Coordinator provides essential operational and logistical support to the Education and Scientific Affairs department. This role is responsible for the administrative execution of departmental initiatives and supporting the educational initiatives that drive EuroPharma's marketing and sales success. This position manages logistics for a high volume of in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless communication between internal departments, and external partners while maintaining meticulous tracking of educational activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Schedule and facilitate all requests for educational events, both virtual and in-person, and prepare support materials including promotional flyers, sign-up sheets, event kits, and product samples.
  • Facilitate seamless event communication between departments and educators using Outlook and Monday.com
  • Support inventory integrity by documenting product usage/removal and
  • Enter post-event reports to assist sales team follow-up. Monthly Virtual Event Programming
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop, publish, and distribute a monthly calendar of virtual education topics for both Terry Naturally and EuroMedica brands.
  • Execute platform logistics, including platform setup (Webex/Livestorm), managing website registration approvals, and hosting events as needed
  • Track and upload attendance data into SalesPad Reporting and Operational Support
  • Track and report monthly activity metrics across all education events
  • Assist warehouse and shipping operations to ensure all departmental operational needs are met.
Basic Skills & Minimum Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional attitude. High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g., GED). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize project management, and work effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with flexible, team-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com) and virtual event platforms (WebEx and Livestorm). Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, feel, and reach with hands and arms. This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Hour of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week. Pay:
