As a member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in the venue maintenance across all of our venues. This position offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of various gatherings while maintaining our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Set up and arrange furniture, decorations, and other event elements according to floor plans and client specifications. Assist with general event setup tasks, including but not limited to, arranging tables and chairs, setting up audiovisual equipment, and preparing event spaces. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, ensuring all areas are presentable and guest-ready. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, attending to their needs and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate closely with fellow team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities based on the specific requirements of each event, wearing multiple hats as needed to meet client expectations. Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.Qualifications:
No prior experience required; we are willing and enthusiastic about training candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues in a hospitality setting. Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work nights and weekends, as well as occasional holidays, to accommodate the scheduling needs of our events. Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Benefits:
