Food and Beverage Associate

Duties:

• Greet customers and take their food and drink orders
• Prepare and serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
• Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock bar supplies as needed and perform side duties
• Process customer payments using a cash register or POS system
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
• Work beverage cart on course on assigned shifts

Skills:

• Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong math skills for accurately calculating drink prices and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of food service and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beer
• Understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
