This position involves efficiently managing orders, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their to-go orders. Accurately take orders over the phone and in-person, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Utilize the POS system to process transactions and manage order entries. Package food items securely and attractively for customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest services and improve overall efficiency. Skills Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or food service environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient phone etiquette for taking orders and handling inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
