Full Job Description Position Summary:

Restaurant Crew Members play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. They greet guests warmly, prepare orders accurately, and work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and prompt service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during shifts. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete all assigned duties by shift's end. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service. Enthusiastic with a desire to improve and contribute to the team's success.
