Job Description

At Three Fold, we take our noodles very seriously, but it's the building of a healthful, flavorful and rooted food culture that's our mainstay. Our purpose is to cultivate a taste for authentic food made with high quality, fresh ingredients; yet tradition is the root to everything we make. Our handmade dumplings draw on those made in the homes of Northeast China, our vibrantly flavored noodles from the street vendors. Everything we serve is made fresh daily, which means we're looking to hire a team of dumpling dunking, noodle slurping, wonton-loving people to get the job done. Job Summary As a Team Member, you are responsible for delivering quick, welcoming hospitality at the counter while executing high-quality food preparation on the line. This role balances front-of-house guest engagement with back-of-house culinary execution, sanitation, and pace. You will learn how to cook traditional Chinese dumplings and noodles, assist in food preparation, prepare asian- themed beverages, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall hospitality experience for our guests. Maintain the bar/drink station cleanliness:

Cross-Functional & Operational Duties Flex between counter, packing station, and prep line based on rush patterns, manager direction, and sudden bottleneck areas.
