Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and become the welcoming face of our bustling food service environment! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality products Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Support food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in food serving, cashiering, and food industry operations in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, café, retail math, or grocery store is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering within the food industry is advantageous Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
