In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently preparing and serving food in a fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and service stations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support other team members by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
