Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our team. This role involves supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety, and assisting with meal service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, culinary experience, and strong kitchen skills. Opportunity to become team lead based on performance. Pay $4/HR + TIPS Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during food handling and preparation Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and managing inventory Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards Assist with catering events and special meal services as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow and excellent food service Experience Previous experience in dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Experience in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, or food service within restaurants or the food industry is highly desirable Skills in food handling, knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety are essential Background in catering or serving roles is a plus Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food industry standards will be advantageous This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Weekend availability required.
