The Sandwich Spot Glendale is looking for dependable, energetic Crew Members who take pride in serving fresh food and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Whether you're starting your first food service job or already have restaurant experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Every shift is different, but your responsibilities may include: Build made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and other menu favorites with speed and accuracy. Prepare ingredients by slicing, portioning, and stocking items throughout the day. Welcome customers with friendly, attentive service while taking orders and processing payments. Keep food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Refill supplies and ingredients to keep the kitchen running efficiently. Complete opening, closing, and routine cleaning tasks. Work closely with teammates to maintain a smooth and positive work environment. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for individuals who: Bring a positive attitude to every shift. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent customer service and communication skills. Are reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team.
