As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with guest safety and entertainment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fun, high energy and social enviroment. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs. Operate registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and securely. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Maintain an organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning building. Engage with guests in order to provide the best experience possible. Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all our guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for register operations. Experience with a point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
