In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our store. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner Prepare and serve food items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and equipment Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately Restock supplies and ensure all products are available for customers Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly Requirements Previous experience in a fast food or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and a friendly attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn Must be at least 16 years old or as per local labor regulations Join our team as a Store Crew member if you are enthusiastic about providing excellent service and eager to develop your skills in the food industry.
