Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food handling stations. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Support food safety protocols by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support daily food preparation needs. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours smoothly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
