Our restaurant is looking for an AM BOH Team Member to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning dishes, prepping product, frying and plating items, and upholding cleanliness standards. They will be a reliable team player who works well in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in difficult and stressful situations. We are seeking energetic candidates who are capable of multi-tasking effectively and working well under pressure. Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Follow sanitation procedures to minimize the risk of food contamination. Wash dishes using dish machine or three compartment sink. Sweep and mop, maintain cleanliness of stations and equipment. Follow restaurant procedure for cleaning, drying and storing dishes. Safely operate a dish machine and other kitchen equipment. Use proper body mechanics when lifting and moving large, bulky items. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Prep vegetables, appetizers and protein. Clean, maintain and operate fryer. Assist all kitchen staff and work as a member of the team. Effectively communicate and work with staff to achieve restaurant goals.
