Job Summary Join our team as a Duke's Delicious Pizza Crew Member, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests! In this role, you will be the backbone of our fast-paced kitchen and service area, ensuring every pizza is crafted to perfection and every customer receives outstanding service. Your dedication to food preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency will contribute to a lively and positive dining experience. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop culinary skills, gain valuable food industry experience, and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence. What You'll Do Prepare and cook pizzas according to Duke's recipes and quality standards. Stretch dough, assemble pizzas, and prep ingredients for service. Take customer orders, operate the POS, and process payments. Package orders and keep ingredients and supplies stocked. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and customer area, including dishes and equipment. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Complete opening/closing tasks and pitch in wherever needed. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and able to provide great customer service. Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality. Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds. Available part-time, including some evenings and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
