We take pride in our warm, welcoming atmosphere and are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our front-of-house team! Position Summary As a Front of House Associate, you'll be the face of Levy's—greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and preparing sandwiches. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a lively environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders with accuracy and friendliness Operate the register and handle payments (cash & card) Prepare sandwiches, drinks, and bagel orders according to menu standards Manage rushes efficiently while maintaining great customer service Restock drinks, napkins, condiments, and front-of-house supplies as needed Maintain a clean, tidy service area and dining space Answer questions about the menu and make suggestions when needed Work with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Perks Flexible scheduling (great for students!)
