Operate POS systems such as Clover for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy. Manage food service customer orders from answering phone calls to making the delivery, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning. Upsell menu items by engaging customers with friendly suggestions to enhance their experience and increase sales. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, oven, and other food preparation tools. Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Support retail sales transactions when applicable, assisting customers with product inquiries or concerns they may have. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food prep techniques, and customer service expectations to foster a collaborative team environment. Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing. Previous food handling or culinary experience provides a strong foundation for understanding food safety and sanitation protocols.
