is an owner-operated Los Angeles junk removal company built on care, reliability, and honest hard work. We help people clear out homes, apartments, offices, storage units, garages, and job sites across LA. Some jobs are simple. Some are heavy. Some are emotional. Our job is to show up with a good attitude, work hard, communicate clearly, and leave every space better than we found it. Owners Aaron and Kalvin work right alongside the crew. If you like moving your body, solving problems, helping people, and being part of a small team where your effort actually matters, we should talk. Responsibilities Work with Aaron, Kalvin, and the crew to remove junk from homes, offices, apartments, storage units, and job sites around LA Lift, carry, sort, and load items throughout the day (couches, furniture, boxes, appliances, gym equipment, and more) Navigate stairs, tight hallways, driveways, elevators, and different job site conditions Help sort items for donation, recycling, disposal, and landfill when appropriate Communicate respectfully with clients and help create a smooth, professional experience Take before-and-after photos and add simple job notes in our app Keep trucks, tools, gear, and job sites clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-first mindset Physical stamina to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet Attention to detail and commitment to safety Comfortable working hard outdoors, indoors, upstairs, downstairs, and in different job conditions Smartphone for directions, photos, and quick crew messages Willingness to pass a background check Nice-to-Haves Clean California driving record (could bump your pay as we grow) Customer service, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience Forklift or box truck know-how Spanish-English bilingual skills Interest in growing into a driver, crew lead, or full-time role Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Average total earnings $25-$39 per hour (Base pay starts at $18/hr. With tips and bonuses, most team members earn well above $25/hr. To make it even better, we guarantee you'll never make less than $25/hr ... if tips don't get you there, we'll top it up.)
