Pickle's Sandwich Shop Campbell is proud to be a part of the heart of the Campbell community. We are a small, fast-paced, family-owned business that focuses on teamwork, making high-quality sandwiches, and providing excellent customer service to our Campbell/Camden/San Jose customers every day. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Member/Sandwich Maker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable in food safety.

Responsibilities:

Help prepare sandwiches & ingredients, stocking inventory, and cleaning & organizing the store. Communicate with the Supervisor and staff on day-to-day operations Prepare ingredients, including meats, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces Use a variety of kitchen equipment, including electric stoves, slicers, and ovens. Monitor the cleanliness of the store and kitchen equipment. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Monitor food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met Follow all health and safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the restaurant or food industry
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory, and scheduling
• Strong understanding of food service procedures and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
