Raise Support. Make an Impact. We're growing our fundraising team and looking for outgoing, motivated people to join us as Fundraising Crew Members. Our fundraising crews represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, and other high-traffic settings. You'll talk with people face-to-face, introduce them to important causes, and help turn those conversations into new donor support. This is an entry-level position, and previous fundraising experience isn't required. We'll provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn how to confidently engage with the public and ask for support.

What You'll Do:

Work alongside a team at fundraising events and outreach locations Start conversations with members of the public Share information about the nonprofit organizations we represent Explain current campaigns, programs, and impact Ask interested individuals to become donors and supporters Work toward daily and weekly fundraising and performance goals Help create a positive and engaging experience at each event Learn fundraising, sales, communication, and public-speaking techniques Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training Support your crew in reaching team goals We're looking for people who are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people Motivated by goals and personal improvement Positive and dependable Comfortable asking for donations and support Able to work effectively as part of a team Interested in nonprofit causes and community impact Ready to learn new communication and sales skills
