Each day, you will conduct sales meetings with potential customers, uncover their telecommunications challenges, and position Frontier's telecom solutions as tools that enhance their daily activities. Frontier Team Member Responsibilities:

Meet customers face-to-face to introduce and Frontier solutions and plans, and initiate the sales process Present and recommend internet and wireless sales packages tailored to customer requirements Guide customers through plan selection, pricing, and value to support confident buying decisions Develop and maintain customer relationships for improved retention and future upgrades Identify territory growth opportunities and use outreach strategies to improve sales and conversion rates Track interactions, customer data, progress, and outcomes with consistent reporting accuracy Provide real-world feedback to leadership on sales trends, objections, and customer sentiment Represent the brand and Frontier Team Member role professionally, follow compliance expectations, and uphold service standards Participate in ongoing skill improvement through coaching and training support

Frontier Team Member Qualifications:
