Part-Time Position Overview Poke Delight is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Cashier / Prep Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. This position combines guest service with basic food preparation and kitchen support. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys working in a positive hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Take customer orders accurately using the POS system Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions responsibly Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations Prepare ingredients and assist with light food prep Portion sauces, toppings, proteins, and other ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas Restock supplies, utensils, beverages, and prep items as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Food Handler Card preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire Flexible availability including weekends and evenings preferred What We Offer Flexible part-time scheduling Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities Employee meal discounts Fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
