If you have exceptional customer service, efficiency at managing a POS system and ensure a clean, organized workspace, we are looking for YOU We are located in the heart of Costa Mesa on a street filled with community and great vibes. 8 station hair salon with a coffee shop inside. Looking for someone to be the welcoming face that maintains the client experience and manages scheduling and payments Initial pay can be reviewed after 90 days and can trend upward if deserved Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Check guests in and out and ensuring their visit be comfortable Process card transactions Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the guest experience Maintain a clean workspace Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction Support retail sales transactions by processing payments accurately and managing inventory as required Requirements Smiles and eye contact Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Knowledge of retail sales transactions and upselling techniques is advantageous Join us to be part of a welcoming atmospheres for our guests!
