Chapman Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92841 We are looking for someone who can work morning/day (opening/lunch) + day/night (closing/dinner) shifts during the week. Open availability preferred.

• Must be available on weekends.

Managerial Responsibilities included, but not limited to: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place Inventory/Supply purchase runs when necessary

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and listening skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a friendly, positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Restaurant/Serving Experience is preferred but not required.

Reliable transportation:

Applicants for Manager positions must have a car for potential inventory purchasing responsibilities. 1+ years of managerial experience preferred, but not required. Happy to train and grow with the right candidate(s).
