General Manager Join Our Team at Paris Baguette At Paris Baguette, we're more than a bakery café—we're a team of passionate, creative people who take pride in making every guest's day a little brighter. If you love crafting amazing food, working with an ambitious team, and making an impact one sandwich at a time, we would love to hear from you! Your Role As a Sandwich Artist , you'll be preparing fresh sandwiches and salads that look and taste amazing on a daily basis. You'll help keep the café running smoothly, handle large catering orders, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Create sandwiches and salads with care and consistency, adhering to our signature recipes. Prep dressings, sauces, and fresh ingredients daily. Maintain visually appealing sandwich displays for guests. Support team members in the front as needed Manage prep stations via labeling Complete production and waste reports. Assist with bi-monthly and monthly inventory checks. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and storage spaces. Receive and organize deliveries in an efficient, tidy way. Keep your supervisor in the loop on equipment or stock issues. Know our menu and brand like the back of your hand. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. A love for serving people and creating a great guest experience. Basic math and food prep skills (knife skills a plus!). Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of relevant food prep or sandwich shop experience What's In It For You? Learn new skills and grow your culinary craft.
