Customer service is our number one priority. The ideal candidate must be friendly, respectful, attentive, and willing to assist customers at all times while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked meat department.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Comes First:

Immediately acknowledge and assist customers when they approach the meat counter. Customers should always be the first priority. Provide friendly, respectful, polite, and professional service to every customer. Assist customers with meat selections, product questions, and special requests. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment throughout the day. Keep the meat display cases clean, properly arranged, fully stocked, and visually appealing. Regularly rotate meat products to maintain freshness and proper product rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out). Monitor meat displays and make sure products are properly presented. Work as a team and assist coworkers whenever additional help is needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Complete additional daily duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements Meat Department Experience:

Minimum 1 year preferred.

Customer Service Experience:

Minimum 1 year preferred.

English:

Required Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Spanish:

Preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Must be respectful, dependable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
