About us Uncle Stevey's Bagels is an artisanal bagel shop in El Segundo, CA. We are fast-paced, demanding and fun.
Our work environment includes:
Food provided Casual work attire Job Description Uncle Stevey's Bagels is seeking to fill front of house positions for a sandwich maker / cashier. This position is responsible for making sandwiches, operating POS (Square) and other front of house duties, including end of day clean-up and closing procedures. This position shares in tips. Requirements
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS OF BETWEEN 4 AND 8 HOURS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS BETWEEN 6AM AND 2PM
High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least 18 years of age Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and comprehend written instructions Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to pass a background check Preferably one year experience in the food industry Duties and Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and standards as set by the company. Assemble bagel sandwiches and work POS/register. Must be willing to help with dishes in down time
