Our FOH team is at the center of the guest experience, creating a welcoming environment while providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This is a hands-on role that includes taking orders, running food, maintaining the restaurant, and preparing coffee and other beverages. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, works well as part of a team, and can stay organized and engaged in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming experience for every guest Develop strong knowledge of the Moto Deli menu and confidently answer guest questions Take guest orders accurately using our Toast POS system Process cash and card payments and follow established cash-handling procedures Prepare coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages according to Moto Deli standards Perform light barista duties, including operating espresso equipment and maintaining a clean and organized coffee station Assist with kitchen expo and run food to guests promptly Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary guest, service, and work areas Restock supplies and keep FOH stations prepared throughout service Follow applicable food safety and sanitation requirements Work collaboratively with both Front of House and Back of House team members to keep service running smoothly Follow and complete all applicable FOH standard operating procedures Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with guests Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using a POS system Interest in coffee and willingness to learn basic barista skills Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Restaurant, customer service, or barista experience is preferred, but we're open to candidates who are eager to learn Schedule Hours and schedules vary based on business needs and availability. Availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation $19.00 per hour + tips.
