Job Description
Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and eager to provide excellent customer experiences in a quick service environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates looking to grow within the hospitality sector. As a Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced team, ensuring efficient food preparation, exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items, and provide friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through bussing and sanitation procedures Handle cash transactions with accuracy using POS systems and perform basic math for cash handling and change calculation Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers, ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed Restock supplies and ensure the restaurant remains organized and well-stocked throughout shifts Support team members in various roles including food preparation, serving, and cleaning to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service environments such as quick service restaurants or cafes Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations Experience in serving or bussing tables is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join our team as a Fast Food Crew Member where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute directly to creating a positive dining experience for our customers.
