What You'll Be Doing As a Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering the Firehouse Subs experience to our customers. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Preparing and assembling delicious subs and other menu items to our high-quality standards. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including the dining area and kitchen. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
