Our team members have a wide range of knowledge, and whether you are an entry-level or senior member, you will work hand in hand with our clients to learn how their processes, products, and services work. The Frontier Team Member will have access to training that includes strategies for generating awareness, completing sales processes, and providing proper customer service. We are looking for a Frontier Team Member who enjoys working collaboratively, improving marketing and sales strategy, has excellent communication skills, and always wants to create solutions. Responsibilities of the
Frontier Team Member:
Achieve sales goals and customer engagement through direct introduction of products and services to the consumer base Review client protocol, qualifications, and promotions to present product information to existing and inquiring customers properly Satisfy customer questions by drawing on knowledge learned through entry-level Frontier Team Member training about client products and services Utilize market trends and suggestions to find the best solutions to customer service issues, if and when they arise Attend entry-level training meetings and collaborations with executive management teams, Sales Representatives, and other Frontier Team Members to master compliance protocol and sales strategy Assist the Frontier Team Member and management in developing and instructing entry-level representatives through organized game plans to ensure that they reach client engagement, sales, and customer service KPIs Qualifications for the
Frontier Team Member:
High school diploma or equivalency is required Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications strongly recommended 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Service, or related field is highly desirable Ability to properly implement training during interactions with consumers and client representatives in an appropriate and professional manner Commitment to working with other entry-level Frontier Team Members and Representatives to achieve individual and team goals regarding customer loyalty, completing sales processes, and developing top-notch marketing strategies
