This role involves a variety of responsibilities including food preparation, cooking, cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and possess a positive attitude to contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. A Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certification is required to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Open availability and reliable transportation are essential for this position. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately Assist with food prepping to ensure smooth kitchen operations Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation Follow proper sanitization procedures to uphold health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times Be flexible with shift hours and adapt to changing operational needs Ensure compliance with food safety certifications such as Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certification Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective customer service and teamwork Flexibility in scheduling, including open availability for various shifts Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance Basic food preparation skills; previous experience in a quick service setting is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and certification requirements (Food Handlers Card or ServSafe) Dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to providing excellent service while gaining valuable experience in the food service industry.
