Tada! Events is seeking energetic and enthusiastic People to help service the backstage catering in live musical performances all around Los Angeles. Our team create meals for production and artists with pride and adaptability. See specifics below. An Event Operations Server handles the setup, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage services at special events, banquets, or conferences. They are responsible for delivering high-level customer service, including greeting guests and managing buffets or plated service while adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities 

Setup and Breakdown:

Arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to floor plans; cleaning up, sanitizing, and breaking down service areas post-event. 

Service Excellence:

Greeting guests, and replenishing buffets. 

Guest Interaction:

Responding urgently to guest needs, requests, and complaints, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor. 

Operational Support:

Coordinating with the kitchen and FOH Lead following menus, and ensuring all service standards are met. Qualifications and Skills 

Experience:

Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or high-volume food service is highly preferred. 

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move furniture. 

Skills:

Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you love working in the food industry and love music. This is the gig for you!
