Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Promote and sell carwash services and membership plans
• Assist customers with service selection and payment processing
• Ensure the carwash area is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily operational goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year previous carwash experience
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
